If you are interested in becoming a CAV Member, or have questions about CAV Membership, please complete the form below to contact the 3 CAV Membership Coordinator. Please ensure to identify where you are located or if there is a specific CAV Unit you are inquiring about.
The Membership Coordinator will happily answer any questions you may have, but it is also recommended that you read through our Constitution (specifically the CAV Definition of a Veteran and the Membership portion), our Ride Manual and Brochure, as these documents will explain in more detail our Objectives and Mission. Once you have sent your request to become a CAV Member, the membership coordinator will contact the Unit nearest your location and forward your contact information to that Unit's Executive. They will contact you and answer any further questions you may have.
NOTE: The CAV is comprised of both Veterans and Supporters, if you are applying as a Veteran, you will be required to provide Proof of Service whether you are currently serving or retired. Also, if you are a Rider (Veteran or Supporter), you will be required to provide a copy of your Driver's License. All members are required to provide a photo with their application.
